Your Studio

Bikram Yoga Bournemouth has a state of the art heating and humidity system which allows the room to maintain just the correct degree of heat (40degrees), humidity (40%) and fresh air.  The studio carpet is hypo allergenic, anti bacterial, allergy proof, water proof and non slip.  We have spacious male and female changing rooms with showers, lockers and hair dryers.   

The Juice Lounge with wi-fi offers freshly made juices, tea, coffee and light snacks to refuel or simply relax before or after yoga – please see the Tea & Juice Lounge page for more information and menus.

Our boutique stocks everything you need (plus more!) for your yoga class. 

Bikram Yoga Bournemouth offers limited onsite parking (displaying of a window sticker essential) and bike racks.  Full details of additional local parking can be found on our contact us page.
